Our vision is for agents to take on the work of running a company. People must remain in control. Software should understand how an organization works, learn from experience, and improve as the business changes. Every employee should be able to build with AI, whether they write code or not. Forge puts that ability in more people’s hands.
In every company, there are people who know exactly what needs to work better. They know why a customer request gets stuck, what makes an invoice hard to reconcile, or which steps in onboarding a new employee waste everyone’s time. That knowledge is the starting point for useful software. Forge gives them a way to act on it.
You start by describing the problem and sharing the context behind it. Forge turns that into a plan you can review and correct, then builds and tests the software. You can follow its work, try the app, and ask for changes in the same workspace. The plan, decisions, and tests stay with the build, so you can see how the result came together.
Being able to change it matters just as much as being able to build it. The business needs something it didn’t need last month. You can return to Forge, describe the change, and keep building from what you already have.
